AZ CDL General Knowledge Exam Simulator 2025

In Arizona, the application process for a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) begins with gathering the necessary documents, passing a medical examination, and paying the application fees. All candidates must possess a valid Arizona driver’s license and have at least one year of driving experience. Before taking the CDL skills test, applicants must obtain a Commercial Learner’s Permit (CLP) by passing the official CDL permit test. To add specific endorsements to your CDL, you will need to take additional written tests for those endorsements. Although they are optional for obtaining the CLP, you can take them to expand your career opportunities.

The CDL general knowledge test consists of 50 multiple-choice questions based on the official Arizona commercial driver license manual (Arizona CDL Handbook 2025). The CLP is valid for 12 months, and you must wait at least 14 days before taking the CDL skills test. Entry-Level Driver Training (ELDT) from a provider listed in FMCSA’s Training Provider Registry (TPR) is also mandatory.

I halfway skimmed over the chapters in the book
I halfway skimmed over the chapters in the book for the CDL Permit (Special, General Knowledge, Combination and Air Brakes.) Passed all 4 test in a row on the first try. Made sure to pass all of the available tests on the site, did the marathons once each and then did the practice exams many times over. 95% of the questions on the practice exams were on the real tests just some were worded awkwardly. Make sure you read everything very well and these tests are worth their weight in gold!

Listen, I’m a penny pincher but I’m also a time saver. If you want to pass just pay the. I passed no problem 100% for my CDL. Of course I studied but this program is the TITS! you can not find a better study platform, the book is dog water compared to this, just read the book, then get on this and you will pass. I’m not the brightest bulb in the crayon box and I did it. 10/10 I do recommend!

Wow, this program was very useful. I wish this was around when I was getting my CDL years ago. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is trying to get their Hazmat endorsements. I scored 100% on my Hazmat test by the way.

Just as good the second time.
This is the second time I've purchased a subscription for my license. It was a great help in landing my CDL a few months back and now I'm returning for my HazMat endorsement and like it just as much. I like that the course structure can be worked in a linear pathway like they suggest, or for "alternate" learners like myself you can easily skip around and retake section one 3 times so you get it perfect, then move onto section two or even skip two and work backwards from 5.. If you can pass the tests in these courses you Will pass your test at the DMV. Yes it's expensive, yes it works thru a browser so you can use it on phone/tablet/laptop perfectly, and no - these are not smuggled tests out of the DMV that some people offer. You will learn much more as you go by doing it the right way and isn't that what your HazMat is for?
