You’ll need a Double/Triple ("T") endorsement on your Class A CDL to legally drive Longer Combination Vehicles (LCVs) in Mississippi. After adding the "T" endorsement to your Class A CDL, you will only be allowed to pull triple trailers in states where such configurations are legal (note that you can only pull double trailers in Mississippi).
You must pass the official Double/Triple Trailers Knowledge Test and pay the endorsement fees to obtain the "T" certification on your CDL. To pass this exam, you must answer all questions and score 80% or higher. All questions are based on Section 7 (Doubles and Triples) of the official Commercial Driver’s License Manual (Mississippi CDL Handbook 2026). Please read this section multiple times to learn coupling and uncoupling double and triple trailers, driving techniques, emergency procedures, and space management.
Use our Mississippi CDL Double/Triple Trailers Practice Tests to evaluate your knowledge before exam day. They are available online and can be accessed anytime, anywhere in the world. You’re about to take the fourth practice test in this series, which includes questions similar to those you will encounter at the DMV office. It takes around 5 minutes to complete a training session, so you can train even during a busy day. However, we strongly advise against rushing, as doing so will cause you to make mistakes.
With unlimited attempts and 24/7 access, you can train with this tool as often as you wish. If you fail a practice session, you can begin a new one right away. However, we recommend visiting your personal Challenge Bank™ first. This section automatically stores every question you get wrong so that you can practice with them later. Review the detailed explanations and use them to identify areas that need improvement.
