Picturing yourself transporting passengers across the Beehive State? Touring amazing cities like Salt Lake City, Provo, Ogden, St. George, Park City, Logan, Moab, and Cedar City? Have you investigated and discovered the substantial amount of material you’ll need to master to add the Passenger P Endorsement to your CDL? Without a doubt, your marketability will increase by adding this endorsement, as will your potential job opportunities. You can transport passengers to ski resorts, national parks, college campuses, and on airport routes, church trips, charter service, public transit, senior transportation, paratransit, tourism shuttles, and school transportation networks. Whether you hope to transport visitors through canyon country, operate a resort shuttle in the Wasatch Range, or drive a transit or charter bus throughout the state, you must obtain this endorsement to operate a commercial motor vehicle (CMV) designed to transport 16 or more people, including the driver. To get it, you must pass the Utah DMV CDL Passenger Transport Knowledge Test (among other requirements). Our Utah DMV CDL Passenger Endorsement Practice Tests are expert-designed to mirror both the format and the wording style of the official exam. You’ll receive end-of-session reviews that highlight areas that need further study. You can interact in real time with our AI-powered CDL Manual, and our Challenge Bank™ redistributes any missed questions until you answer them correctly. All of this helps ensure you pass the official exam on your first attempt. Master this practice test and try another: https://driving-tests.org/utah/ut-cdl-passenger-vehicles-practice-test/.

In addition to the knowledge test, you’ll need to pass your Skills Test in a representative passenger vehicle. Also, if the vehicle you plan to operate has air brakes, including air-over-hydraulic brakes, you must pass the Air Brakes Knowledge Test (and pass the Skills Test in an air brake-equipped CMV). Our experts have crafted Air Brakes Practice Tests for that as well: https://driving-tests.org/utah/ut-cdl-air-brake-practice-test/.

The primary source for the official endorsement exam is the state CDL Manual. You must know how to inspect the brakes, steering components, lights and reflectors, tires, horn, windshield wipers, mirrors, wheels and rims, emergency equipment, and more. If there are coupling devices on your CMV, you’ll need to know how to inspect them as well. In the passenger compartment, you’ll need to know how to inspect the aisles and stairwells, handholds and railings, floor coverings, passenger signaling devices, emergency-exit handles, and seats. Emergency exits must be functional and clearly marked. The list of responsibilities goes on, but rest assured, our practice tests will supplement your manual review and help ensure you are fully prepared.
