Arkansas CDL Class B Practice Test 2025

  • Perfect for first-time and renewal CDL/CLP applicants, and those adding endorsements
  • Based on 2025 AR commercial driver's license manual
  • Triple-checked for accuracy
  • Updated for September 2025

To obtain a Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), you must first meet the basic eligibility requirements. You must be at least 18 to drive commercial vehicles within Arkansas, or 21 to drive across state lines, transport hazardous materials, or carry passengers. You’ll also need a valid Arkansas driver’s license, proof of U.S. citizenship, and a clean driving record. To ensure your physical fitness for this profession, a certified medical examiner will perform a medical exam and a vision screening. This requirement does not apply to aspiring commercial drivers who plan to be engaged in excepted commerce.

To get a Commercial Learner’s Permit (CLP), you must score 80% or higher on the official general knowledge test. Since air brakes are standard on most trucks, you should also pass the official air brakes knowledge exam. After obtaining a CLP, you must wait a minimum of 14 days. Federal law requires you to complete Entry-Level Driver Training (ELDT) from a registered provider before you can take the CDL skills tests. If you find the licensing process overwhelming, we are here to help you complete it with ease.

Our Arkansas CDL Class B Practice Test can help you master commercial driving theory through active learning. This intuitive tool is up to date as of September 2025, as accuracy is crucial when studying this subject. You get unlimited attempts and nonstop access to train as often as you wish. All you need is a compatible device and a stable internet connection. You can access our practice tests directly in a browser without installing complicated software. If you must interrupt an active practice session, your progress will be automatically saved as long as you’re not using private browsing mode.

Start today and dedicate a few days to studying the basic aspects of commercial driving theory from the official Arkansas Commercial Driver License Manual (Arkansas CDL Handbook 2025). You should read its contents multiple times, and when you’re ready, use our Arkansas CDL Class B Practice Test to evaluate your knowledge.
