FL CDL Combination Vehicles Practice Test 4 2025

Perfect for first-time and renewal CDL/CLP applicants, and those adding endorsements.

Holding a Class A CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) opens up plenty of career opportunities. You will be eligible for various trucking jobs across many freight sectors. To obtain this license, you must meet eligibility requirements and pass several exams. The official general knowledge test is the first theory exam you will take. To legally drive combination vehicles, you must also pass the official combination vehicles knowledge test as well as a skills test in a combination vehicle.

Before taking the CDL skills tests, you must hold a CLP (Commercial Learner’s Permit) for at least 14 days. During this waiting period, you must also complete Entry-Level Driver Training (ELDT) from a provider listed in the FMCSA’s Training Provider Registry (TPR). You may practice driving combination vehicles with a CLP under the supervision of a full Class A CDL holder.

Our Florida CDL Combination Vehicles Practice Tests are designed to boost your learning potential. The practice test that you’re about to take includes 30 multiple-choice questions similar to those you will encounter on the official exam. All questions are based on the official Commercial Driver License Manual (Florida CDL Handbook 2025), specifically Section 6 (Combination Vehicles). It is up to date as of December 2025 and includes several helpful features.

The answer popularity feature gives you feedback on how other users responded to each question. You can use it to identify difficult questions where misconceptions are common.

Activate this feature from the test settings menu located in the top-right corner of the page.
