Updated for December 2025, this Kansas General Knowledge practice test contains another 50 questions based on the official CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) manual. You can use this test to prepare for the General Knowledge portion of the KS CDL exam. These questions are multiple-choice, with three possible answers for each question. Only one of those answers is correct. If you’re not sure about the correct answer, you can use the hint provided for each question. This should allow you to make an informed decision about the correct answer, even if you don’t actually know it. There is no time limit for completing this practice test. Great study guide for Kansas CDL.

This was a great experience all around.
I've been a class A tanker driver for many years but didn't know much at all about hazmat. Long story short I wound up needing the hazmat endorsement and had very little time to make it happen. I passed the course with 99% in one day and results were sent to Fmcsa immediately and on a Saturday. Monday morning I aced the exam as the test was easy. The course covered everything that was on the exam.

Taking the Hazmat endorsement test was required. After drilling on the practice tests, I went to the DMV to take the real test, and it was a breeze. I passed as expected. Would recommend to anyone needing to get a cdl/endorsements.
