They offer the Hazmat training as a video to watch for the ELDT or you can download an audio or a pdf of there "slides". The voice for the audio/video is pleasant. The material is exceedingly dense in information but they compress it in a way that is respectable of your time. The audio at the beginning even specifies that you should feel free to pause etc. You simply click a box to verify that you watched/ read the material. However until you answer multiple choice questions they will not submit your completion. This make sense so you do not simply click a box
