In New Hampshire, the Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) oversees the licensing process. You must be at least 18 to qualify for a Class A CDL (Commercial Driver’s License). (Keep in mind that you won’t be able to transport passengers, carry hazardous materials, or drive across state lines until you turn 21.) You must hold a valid driver’s license, pay the licensing fees, complete Entry-Level Driver Training (ELDT), and pass several theory and skills tests before you become a licensed commercial driver.
We’ll help you pass your theory exams by providing you with access to our practice tests. Aspiring commercial drivers in New Hampshire completed 21 practice sessions today. They adopted a systematic approach that significantly boosted their learning potential. You can do the same by incorporating these tools into your daily study routine. As you begin your learning phase, our Free New Hampshire CDL Permit Practice Test will teach you everything you need to know to obtain a CLP (Commercial Learner’s Permit). Train with it as often as your schedule allows. Within a few weeks, you’ll know enough to ace the official General Knowledge Test on your first attempt.
Since you’re interested in driving Longer Combination Vehicles (LCVs), you’ll need the Double/Triple Trailers (“T”) endorsement. This certification is granted after passing the official Double/Triple Trailers Knowledge Test and paying the endorsement fees. The good news? There’s no additional skill test for obtaining this endorsement. Once added to your CDL, the “T” endorsement allows you to pull double and triple trailers (in New Hampshire, you can only pull double trailers).
Our New Hampshire CDL Double/Triple Trailers Practice Tests are designed to help you understand how to safely operate LCVs. You’re about to take the fourth practice test in this series. It includes questions based on the official Commercial Driver’s License Manual (New Hampshire CDL Handbook 2026), specifically Section 7 (Doubles and Triples).
Keep track of your scores and watch your performance naturally improve with each session you complete. Once you consistently score above 90%, you’re ready to take the official Double/Triple Trailers Knowledge Test. Good luck!
