This third NH School Bus practice test contains another set of 20 multiple-choice questions based on the official CDL manual. Just like our other practice tests, this one is also designed to prepare you for the School Bus portion of your 2025 Commercial Driver’s License exam. There are several answer options, but only one of them is correct. Each question also includes a hint and an explanation. It is recommended that you check each question’s explanation to gain some further insight into the rule being tested. Every time you answer a question, you’ll get immediate feedback with a detailed explanation, so you won’t need to wait until the end of the test to know the correct answers. Actual DMV permit test: What to expect?

The New Hampshire permit test has 20 questions. You must get 16 correct (80%) to pass.
  • Where: Any New Hampshire DMV office (find locations)
  • Bring: ID + SSN + residency proof; NH does not issue learner permits; Youth Operator license until age 21. (see checklist)
