The Ohio CDL General Knowledge (permit) test has 50 multiple-choice questions. You must answer all questions before the timer ends. Score 80% or higher to pass and make significant progress in the licensing process. Becoming a safe and responsible commercial driver in Ohio takes time and effort, but we’ll make it easier for you to increase your knowledge.
