These jobs require a ‘P’ endorsement on your Class A, B, or C Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). The endorsement provides you eligibility to legally operate a 16-passenger vehicle, which includes the driver. These vehicles are used to support industries such as public transit, tourism, elder services, and education (with a School Bus endorsement).
Obtaining a ‘P’ endorsement on your CDL requires passing a written knowledge test and a road skills test.
