Test Your Knowledge
Many people go into the practice exam with the belief that they know quite a bit of information. They think they know all there is to know about fines and limits, only to be surprised by their practice test results. Fortunately, the DMV doesn’t know how you perform on your practice test, so you can get a bad score and then try again.
Make sure you use the hints as you take the practice test. The hints will provide you with some help you can use as you move from one question to the next. In addition, if you get a question wrong, the test will highlight the right answer and provide an explanation. Please read the explanation very carefully so you will be ready to answer that question on exam day.
Taking the DMV Test
When you sit for the official RI DMV exam, you’ll be surprised by how similar it is to the practice exam. That’s because every question is based on the official Rhode Island Motorcycle manual. This should give you the confidence you need to ace the test. You’ll notice that the questions are worded slightly differently, but the meaning is the same.
