Florida DMV Fines and Limits Permit Practice Test 2024
What are the penalties for speeding in a Florida school zone? What are the possible penalties for driving under the influence (DUI)? What are the penalties for violating any of the restrictions on your driver license? If your license has been suspended for a traffic violation, how can you get it reinstated? What is the difference between license cancellation and license revocation? Can a learner driver be issued a driver license if the learner has recently had a couple of convictions for traffic violations?
These and other issues related to traffic offenses are addressed in this free Florida Fines and Limits permit practice test. You’ll learn about the fines imposed for certain traffic offenses (which you should memorize for your Class E knowledge exam), the possible penalties for driving under the influence (DUI), and various circumstances that can cause license cancellation, suspension, or revocation. You’ll learn which NON-driving-related offenses can lead to suspension of your driver license, and how many points are added to your driving record for such offenses as speeding, running a red light, passing a stopped school bus, and leaving the scene of an accident without stopping. You’ll also learn when you may be legally required to purchase Bodily Injury Liability (BIL) insurance on your vehicle.
This Fines and Limits permit practice test is up to date as of December 2024. The 50 questions and answers on this practice test are based on Florida’s official driver’s manual (Florida DMV Handbook (FL Driver's Manual) 2024) and the Florida Consolidated Laws. As with all the permit practice tests we offer, each question on the Florida Fines and Limits permit practice test comes with an optional hint and an explanation of the correct answer, courtesy of our automated assistant.
