To obtain a driver license and finally realize your dreams, you must meet a series of requirements. For example, to practice driving, you must pass the official BMV 40-question knowledge exam for a Temporary Instruction Permit Identification Card (TIPIC). Some aspiring drivers may think that all they have to do is read the official driver’s manual (Ohio BMV Handbook (OH Driver's Manual) 2026) a few times shortly before the exam. However, too many of them end up failing the knowledge test.
